My goodness, can you believe that we're nearing the end of September already?! This month has just flown by for me & I'm very much enjoying the cooler weather and Autumnal colors that I'm beginning to see everywhere around me, I hope that you are too.

If you have no idea what the Pigskin Party is, Jen has an amazing run down of everything you need to know on the Down Cellar Studio Podcast website. It might look a bit intense at first glance, but it's really pretty simple: read the rules, sign-up, make the things you want, enter them on the tally sheet, get points towards winning prizes.

You can definitely get more involved if you want, but that's the basic premise. You don't event need to be on Ravelry to play along.

There's no pressure to make things you don't want or need, just a supportive community of fellow crafters who want to see you succeed in enjoying your crafting endeavors. Make the projects that you want to make, chat with your teammates (soon to be friends) when you can, & just enjoy the best seasons for fiber crafters together!
