Hello!
This week's sale pattern is the 2018 Countdown to Christmas Shawl! This knitting pattern is available through Ravelry for 50% off through October 16, 2019. Yarn featured in the shawl is a mixture of various fingering weight yarns and is a true stash-buster project.
This pattern is written to work with any fingering-weight yarn advent calendar regardless of dyeing technique used on the yarn so feel free to jump in & play. Alternatively, if you don'g have a pre-made yarn advent calendar you can always make your own from leftover bits in your stash. (That’s what I did.) Just weigh out twenty-five 10g balls of yarn & toss them into a bag. Each day, pick one out & go to town. Don’t let those precious mini-skeins & leftovers go unused!
The clues for this pattern were all released last December so you can start knitting as soon as you get your pattern. The pieces all add up to a beautiful, textural shawl that is slightly asymmetrical & perfect for snuggling into when those chilly winds start to blow!
