It's my birthday today & I'm celebrating the 5 year anniversary of YumiYarns.com! I'm tying the anniversary to my birthday because it's a fun way to celebrate the two events & I completely forgot to celebrate it last August because life was happening. (The first official post happened on August 10th, 2016.)
To celebrate the 5 Year Anniversary, (and because folks really seem to like them) I've decided to add a new area of the site devoted to Hobby Journaling! I'll be importing seasonal journaling supplies including washi tapes, stickers, pens, stamps, & high-quality art journals. Each quarter I'll change out some of the offerings to keep things fresh & this first collection will be Spring-themed!

This is a fun new area that will feature a seasonal stationery capsule collection along with inspirational posts, videos, & tutorials about making hobby journals. The collection will update each February (Spring), May (Summer), August (Autumn), & November (Winter). These dates might seem a bit early, but since the items are being imported I wanted to allow enough time for delivery so that the items can be used in the season they were purchased for.
I hope that you'll enjoy the new collection & that you'll join me in making some beautiful hobby journals! If sales go well, I'd like to eventually add in custom collections of stickers & washi for various crafting hobbies as well. (Ex. a knitting-themed collection, yarn, crochet, spinning... etc.)
