Lil Punkins Cowl

Lil Punkins Cowl

Perfect for a visit to the pumpkin patch or for a brisk walk around the town trick-or-treating, the Lil Punkins Cowl is a cute and snuggly Autumn delight! It's made by first creating a simple single crochet cowl with contrasting edging, then the "lil punkins" are embroidered on afterwards using a simple technique & tools you already have on hand. Simple enough for beginners, but so super cute & wearable!

(Customizable kits are also available from Crochet.com.)

  • Testers!

One of my favorite parts of this design was working with my testers & seeing how creative they were with their yarn choices and punkin placement. Creating a pattern like this that is really just a blank canvas to "doodle" embroidered punkins on was something that I hoped would give them the freedom to play around & create their own versions with & they didn't disappoint! Hopefully, they'll inspire you to play around and create your own versions, too.
